What is the Employee & Family Assistance Program?
The Employee & Family Assistance Program is designed
to assist the Kativik School Board employees and their
families in maintaining and/or improving their overall
well-being.
What type of problems can be submitted to the Assistance Program?
- Domestic and marital problems
- Emotional and psychological problems
- Alcohol, drug and gambling problems
- Financial problems
- Work-related problems
- Other personal problems, interpersonal conflicts, legal problems, gambling, addiction, etc.
What does this service offer?
- Free and strictly confidential service
- Offered to employees, their partners and their dependants
- Available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week
- Delivered by professional and experienced counselors for a wide range of issues
- Available in Inuktitut with an interpreter
- Available in English and French
- Telephone service
- Includes up to 8 sessions per issue
