Bank of teachers 2010-2011, regular sector

The Kativik School Board wishes to build a CANDIDATE BANK to fill up teaching positions that may arise during the 2010-2011 school year in at the primary level and in all subjects of the secondary levels including English, Special Education, Physical Education, Social studies, Sciences and Mathematics.

Some of these positions being bilingual we ask you to indicate if you can teach in both languages.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates must hold a permanent teaching diploma (Brevet) or a teaching authorisation delivered by the ministère de l'Éducation, du loisir et du sport du Québec (MELS) or by the Ministry of Education of another Canadian province.

REQUIREMENTS
Fluency in the teaching language is mandatory.

The candidates who do not meet the required qualifications and requirements will be automatically rejected.

SALARY AND BENEFITS
In addition to a salary established according to qualifications and experience, the School Board offers subsidized housing, travel expenses allocations, food transportation and an isolation premium.  You may also be eligible to a rentention premium.
