Training Description
Do you enjoy repairing electronics such as phones and tablets? This training could be for you!
The training is for anyone who enjoys repairing their own devices. It’s also perfect for those wanting to make a business out of it.
Participants will be able to test their abilities with the support of an expert on site. They will get an overview of the most common repairs and learn how to source pieces and tools and estimate costs.
The training will prepare you to:
- Properly identify a device and its actual model
- Troubleshoot the most common problems (screen, microphone, speakers, etc.)
- Identify defective parts
- Find suitable replacement parts for common models
- Following technical instructions
- Install parts on a phone/tablet
Admission requirements
Candidates must meet certain criteria.
Must meet the following conditions:
- Be 16 years of age or over.
- Be a Nunavik resident.
