In this regard, commissioners are strongly encouraged to take the mandatory training courses developed by the Ministry of Education and its partners.<\/p>\n<p>However, since Kativik Ilisarniliriniq is not governed by the Education Act (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.legisquebec.gouv.qc.ca\/en\/document\/cs\/I-13.3%20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CQLR, c. I-13.3 <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.legisquebec.gouv.qc.ca\/en\/document\/cs\/I-13.3%20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"text-nowrap\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"linkExtImg\" src=\"https:\/\/www.quebec.ca\/_assets\/b75e4f4a6b1c3666a0e622aecd2ecc7a\/Images\/lien-externe.svg\" alt=\"Cet hyperlien s'ouvrira dans une nouvelle fen\u00eatre.\" width=\"11\" height=\"11\" \/><\/span><\/a> ), certain parts of these courses must be taken in accordance with the special rules that apply to Kativik Ilisarniliriniq under the Education Act for Cree, Inuit and Naskapi Native Persons (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.legisquebec.gouv.qc.ca\/en\/document\/cs\/I-14\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CQLR, c.
