  • Ensure the safety of passengers at all times.<\/li>\n
  • See to the regular inspection of your vehicles.<\/li>\n
  • Optimize the use of the mechanical systems of a bus.<\/li>\n
  • Observe all regulations required in the driving trade.<\/li>\n
  • Operate different vehicle types, including a school bus, city bus, coach-style bus, and adapted bus.<\/li>\n

    Admission requirements<\/h3>\n <\/div>\n

    This program is eligible for the TCST-STC bridge. Select the pathway below that applies to your situation.<\/p> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>[vc_tta_accordion color=”green” active_section=”-1″ collapsible_all=”true”][vc_tta_section title=”Direct STC Pathways” tab_id=”1627605085331-a3a97459-f6131628003227453162800502986916280456756071628046327823163363699861616890130125871689016233953171405507866317140732185081780407511265″][vc_column_text css=””]To be eligible for admission, you must meet at least one condition from each category.<\/p>\n

    Conditions – Category A<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Must meet at least one of the following:<\/em><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Secondary III Credits<\/strong>: Earned credits (or equivalent) in language of instruction, second language, and mathematics.<\/li>\n
    • AESS<\/strong>: Obtained an Attestation of Equivalence of Secondary Studies.<\/li>\n
    • GDT<\/strong>: Successfully completed the General Development Test (with or without specific prerequisites).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Conditions – Category B<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Must meet at least one of the following:<\/em><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Study Interruption<\/strong>: Has paused full-time studies for at least 12 months.<\/li>\n
      • Age Requirement<\/strong>: At least 18 years old when entering training.<\/li>\n
      • Prior Diploma<\/strong>: Obtained a Secondary School Diploma (SSD), Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS), or equivalent.<\/li>\n
      • Emploi-Qu\u00e9bec<\/strong>: Meets eligibility conditions of Emploi-Qu\u00e9bec\u2019s workforce training measure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        • Hold a TCST.<\/li>\n
        • Be at least 16 years old on September 30 of the school year you start training.<\/li>\n
        • Have earned required credits in language of instruction, second language, and math (Secondary Cycle 1 in youth sector OR Secondary II in adult education).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
