General Education

 

General Education is to:

  • Obtain a Secondary School Diploma (SSD)
  • Obtain the prerequisites needed to enroll in Vocational Programs and CEGEP
  • Upgrade your knowledge of Inuktitut, French, English Humanities, Personal and Social Development, Social Sciences and Mathematics (even with a SSD).

 

To enroll in General Education, you must be 16 years old.

The requirements for a Secondary School Diploma (SSD) in Adult Education are:

Inuktitut, mother language Secondary 4  6 credits
Inuktitut, mother language Secondary 5  6 credits
French as a second language Secondary 5
or English as a second language Secondary 4
 6 credits
Secondary 4 options  18 credits
Secondary 5 options  18 credits
For a total of  54 credits
