As part of the negotiations to renew the 2020-2023 collective agreements for all its unionized teachers and support staff, Kativik Ilisarniliriniq reached, yesterday evening, an agreement with the union representing them (the Association of Employees in Northern Quebec – AENQ).

The content of the agreement in principle is currently being drafted and will subsequently be submitted to the teachers and support staff affiliated to the AENQ, for ratification.

We also confirm that, as announced by the AENQ, the strike scheduled for May 13 to 30, 2025, will not take place.
