Election of a new Commissioner in Umiujaq

Kuujjuaq, Qc. (April 05, 2016) – Following the resignation of Alicia Aragutak from the position of Commissioner for Umiujaq, Emily Lucy Tookalook was elected by acclamation. Emily took her oath of office today at the Council of Commissioners meeting. The Council is meeting from April 5 to 7, in Kuujjuaq.

The members of the Kativik School Board’s Council of Commissioners are:
